Danielle R Cozart

Danielle Rae Cozart was born August 10, 1975 in San Antonio, TX and passed away July 9, 2024 at the age of 48. She resided in Dallas, TX, where she built a life full of love, laughter, hard work, and unforgettable memories.

Danielle is survived by her beloved son, Mateo Gomez, the light of her life; her father and step-mother, Vance and Rhonda Cozart; and her sister, Melissa Escamilla. 

Danielle's family extends beyond her immediate loved ones. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who were touched by her warmth and kindness.

She loved spending time with family and friends. Known for her contagious laugh and bright, bubbly personality, Danielle was a wonderful friend and a great listener. She had a way of making everyone feel valued and loved, leaving a lasting positive impression on everyone she met. An avid animal lover, she always showed compassion and care for her furry friends.

Danielle was preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Cozart; her brother, Wesley Cozart; and her beloved pet dog, Leroy. Their memories live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

A Celebration of Life will be held to celebrate Danielle’s life, with details to be announced by the family. Rest in peace, Danielle. You will be forever loved and remembered.
